Alpha Training 64
Terms of sale
These terms govern services agreed between Alpha Training 64 and its clients. Specific terms set out in a quote or appointment confirmation prevail where they are more precise.
Provider and services
Provider: Alpha Training 64, Julien Michon, sole proprietor, 13 route de Larreule, 64410 Fichous-Riumayou, France. Services can include behavioral assessment, everyday education, rehabilitation, puppy support, socialization and group walks.
Contract formation
The site presents services but does not process online payments. A contract is formed after the client has received and accepted the essential characteristics, price, location and date of the service and, where applicable, a quote.
Prices and costs
Applicable prices are disclosed before commitment in euros, including taxes where applicable. Any travel costs or additional services are disclosed before confirmation.
Payment
Payment methods and due dates are communicated when booking and on the quote or invoice where applicable.
Appointments and cancellation
Clients should notify Alpha Training 64 as soon as possible if they cannot attend. Any specific cancellation or rescheduling conditions are communicated before commitment.
Withdrawal right
Where a consumer contract is concluded at a distance or off-premises and no legal exception applies, a 14-day withdrawal right generally applies under French law. Starting or fully performing a service before expiry of that period requires the requests and consents prescribed by law.
Client obligations and safety
Clients must provide relevant information about the dog, environment, history and any factor affecting safety. Veterinary advice may be required where pain, illness or another medical cause is suspected.
Results
No specific behavioral result can be guaranteed. Progress depends on the dog, health, environment, regular practice and household involvement.
Consumer mediation
The contact details of Alpha Training 64’s competent consumer mediator must be added here before consumer contracting. They were not supplied and are not invented.
Complaints and law
Complaints may be sent by email or post. The parties are encouraged to seek an amicable solution. French law applies subject to mandatory consumer rules.
